Whenever you have a question about your reward, we recommend to first check the Account overview page: levelsurveys.com/overview.asp.
You will see your earnings in the Incentive details section:
This section has Incentive Pending line. If you're 'missing' some incentive. Most likely you will find it in that section along with the explanation of why this incentive is pending and how long you need to wait for it to be available for redemption. Click on the Quality score link to get a better idea of why your score has been lowered and when the score rule will expire.
