Why my qality score is lowered?
The reasons for your quality score lowering can vary. The most frequent issues can be:
- A survey was reversed One or more survey answers that you provided were rejected by a client. This can take place immediately after the end of the surveys or in some time, up to 20-30 days. The survey owner reviews your answers and checks your trap question answers. Trap questions usually measure the honesty of a survey-taker and the likelihood they are a bot rather than a live person. There are also other methods how survey providers qualify your answers.
- A survey provider blocked you This can happen if the survey provider decides to disqualify you from taking any of their further surveys. The reason can be that they identified you as a bot or you violated their security rules multiple times.
- Hash mismatch or IP location mismatch These can happen when you use our site from another location, which can casue the errors and lowering of your score. Try to stick to using the site from the same location which you provided as your home address to avoid these issues.
Even though your quality score can affect your ability to redeem your surveys rewards temporarily, it's only temporary and it's implemented for you to understand how you can do better and avoid permanent banning from survey providers. Please, take it as a guidance not a punishment, for it's in the best interests of all of our users if the overall quality score of our responses is high. This means more survey owners with higher paying surveys will want to offer our members the opportunity to take their surveys.
